About Us

Well I guess there really isn’t a “us” but there is a me and I am Kristina Larry, managing attorney of Sassy Litigations.

Why Sassy?

I often get asked why the name Sassy Litigations, well with a last name like Larry, Larry Law just wasn’t going to work. Actually, the name came because I wanted to create something that made people comfortable, made them smile, and them not think of a lawyer, because let’s face it, no one wants to be thinking about lawyers. I realized that times had changed, people and their needs have changed, so a law firm should also change. I wanted to find a way to meet the legal needs of people in the world today. Sassy Litigations has two sister brands, The Seattle Wedding Lawyer and The PreNup Princess. Both brands serve to enhance the uniqueness of Sassy Litigations.

Who is Kristina Larry?

I’m just a lawyer trying to help people take care of their legal needs. I completed my undergraduate work at the University of Wyoming (Go Pokes!) and I am a graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. I was a Texas Certified Mediator before I was a licensed attorney and believe that mediation is always worth a try.

I believe in giving back to the community and because of that I  volunteer with several organizations. I am a regular volunteer with the King County Bar Association’s Housing Justice Project, WSBA’s Moderate Means Program, and WSBA’s Call to Duty program. I am also on the Board of Trustees for the Washington State Bar Foundation and serve as secretary for the nonprofit Limbs For U, which is dedicated to finding ways to improve the lives of those living with limb loss or limb deformities.

Throughout my career I worked to serve people and communities. Through law school I received awards for pro bono work. I interned for Lone Star Legal Aid, in Houston and Beaumont, Texas. I continued to serve communities by interning for the Delaware Department of Justice under Attorney General Joe Biden, III, as an Assistant Attorney General. More recently I  served as the legal advocate for survivors of domestic violence at the Domestic Abuse Women’s Network (DAWN).

I simply believe that everyone deserves to get the legal help they need at a price that is not only reasonable but affordable.
