Many small businesses do not know that there are legal requirements to advertising. There are and you want to make sure you know them. With our 60 minute ‘Is Your Marketing Legal’ consultation we will go over your marketing plan and asset it for liabilities.
Business Checkup
Been in business for a while but feel like maybe you need a little checkup? Is that contract out of date? Maybe you need new licenses? This is a 120 minute consultation where we assess your current business for potential problems. This includes review of up to 3 documents.
Small Business Starter Pack
Starting a business is a lot of work. Not everyone wants to do the leg work or even knows what work needs to be done. Once you’ve decided what business you want to start then you have to do a name search, register with the secretary of state, write an operating agreement, get the appropriate licenses and more. We can do that for you. This starts with a 45 minute consultation ends with you getting your business set and ready to go.
Hobby to Business
Is it time to make your hobby a legitimate business? Not sure where to start or what to do? Have you been earning some money with your hobby already but what to make sure are doing things correctly? This 75 minute consultation will get pointed in the right direction. We will go over business entities, protecting your brand, licensing, and more.
Contract Review
Have a contract question? Wondering if there was breach? Or if you can get out of it? Do you need to update your own services contracts? This is a 50 minute consultation where I will review your contract, no more than 7 pages, then consult with you on your question. 30 minutes is dedicated to the contract review followed by a 20 minute virtual consultation.
General Consultations
Not sure what you need but you know need something? Have general questions that don't fit in any of the other consultation categories? Then you can try a 30 or 50 minute phone consultation or if you need a face to face, then try the 50 minute in person consultation.
